By using CredSide you agree to these terms. CredSide is an AI-assisted credit data review tool — not a law firm, credit repair organization, or lender.
Service description
CredSide helps you import or connect credit report data, review possible reporting issues, organize proof, and prepare consumer-reviewed dispute drafts. You confirm facts before any letter is generated.
No guarantees
CredSide does not guarantee score increases, deletions, approvals, or specific outcomes. Accurate negative information may remain on your report.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account and report information
- Review every draft before mailing or sending
- Comply with applicable laws when disputing credit information
Subscription & billing
Paid features, including optional mail assist, may be offered separately. Prices and billing terms are shown before checkout when Stripe billing is enabled.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent disputes.
Limitation of liability
CredSide is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
